  Yeah things like this exist. I have such a program on my computer for finding the best match for a given image, it uses the image to see if I have images that look similar to it (it displays a percent match of how close the provided image is to images on the system).   I'm currently using tawk.to to chat with my visitors, but I would rather use whatsapp as a chat mechanism. There are a lot of plugins for that, but I'm not sure which one would suit me best.
