Slack has a feature to schedule messages, also a bunch of bots that do various scheduling tasks… Also you could use a email marketing tool like Mailchimp that could allow you scheduling Mails far a head. But any service you choose should be around somewhat longterm right? It will probably require some money and a bit of luck for the service or app of choice to stay around for a while. One small recommendation would be to have only one caption instead of multiple. Another is for that old internet feel of weirdcore, try using a few fonts from cooltext.com or flamingtext.com and use a font that would look like it would be used in a Geocities page. Honestly, if your going for easy to use, simple, and somewhat advanced programs I'd recommend something Adobe. However, it costs money sadly. Possibly Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Aftereffects. Unfortunately I am not in the pursuit of the Adobe series.
