This is a nice trail close to Prague. https://en.mapy.cz/s/jahamebefo There are a lot of trains on that line, so you don't have to worry that much about timing. If you want you can make it longer by starting in Davle. There are so many options. The public transport connections are very good and there are trails going almost in all directions. I've been almost everywhere around Prague that can be done in one day with public transport. All you need to do is check mapy.cz pick a route that has many viewpoints or castles or whatever and then try to find on idos. Some suggestion that are very easy for beginners... Google maps is not the greatest for directions between OC and LA; they've partnered with Flix Bus/Greyhound and will direct you to ride one of those buses instead of the public transit system. Bing Maps or an app like Transit or Moovit ate more honest about your options. Source: 11 months ago

There's an app/website called moovit which is the better version of google maps that's spesifically designed for public transport. You can set your destination to the airport and set a spesific arrival time, it'll tell you exactly when to leave, what public transport to use and where to get off the train.
