Yes - https://getidiom.com/ That page has the link to the app on the Google Play and Apple Store. I have only ever used the free version, its worth it to explore it's tools. On the news section the search area you can put any html to read the webpage (I usually look up webnovels this way), the video section searches youtube or will work with a youtube URL, etc. Source: over 2 years ago

In my own case, I struggled for over a decade, to get anywhere at all useful with Spanish, until someone in this forum recommended readlang.com. I can't speak for anyone else, but for myself: just reading entire stories, as fast as I could, without stopping AT ALL when I ran into an unknown word, or tense, or idiom, made THE critical difference. Readlang, but you have to have a basic vocabulary; otherwise it is not easy. Https://readlang.com/ I've had a love and hate relationship with Duolingo for Dutch and French. I'm trying it for Greek now and it seems to have improved over the last few years. Source: 11 months ago
I think https://readlang.com/ is similar to LingQ and hast the option to upload files - I have never used it though, so no guarantee the formatting is better. Source: 12 months ago
