Custom template icons are not really possible. The icons are actually a graphical font, not images like .png, and this font is modified by reMarkable and embedded within the Xochitl binary. It is technically possible to replace it, but you would have to ensure its new length is fewer than its original bytes. If you dont know how to use any vector graphic editor you can try some "easy" online editors. Just google ".svg editor online" or "vector editor online". You should be able to import original folder icon, delete the godot logo and add another.
