As a retro tech enthusiast I beg of you not to trash them. Put them on facebook marketplace, craigslist, ebay, whatever. Nerds like me will take them off your hands happily, and regular people can still use them for daily tasks. I'm typing this out on a 2014 macbook pro, and I use a 2011 imac for any fun side projects I like doing so I don't mess up my main PC. You can also donate them to goodwill or salvation...
