One option to consider going forward: I've personally moved on to using a free youmail.com account - this captures the voicemails to email with a sound file attachment as well as a text transcription. No need to even install any app -- just customizing your conditional call forwards. Not sure if Virgin allows customizing that. Source: over 2 years ago
