  How to do this is you need to be logged into your Huion account through huion.com, then click on "my profile" in the dropdown. Then go to "my product" and register your warranty if you haven't already. After that, you SHOULD be able to submit a ticket from that page for your individual product. I'm only uncertain because it's not showing me an option, but my warranty has expired so that's probably why. Source: about 1 year ago

Been looking at a huion tablet via the official store (i'm EU based so their current sale(on what I want)+free shipping combo is ideal for me, I have read complaints about the customer service so I know). But recently I noticed there were a few links.
