Housing.com VS Realtor

So what are your ideal list of areas I should search for and where to search ? , Right now , I'm browsing through housing.com , nobroker.com and bit of Olx . What other methods do you guys suggest and mainly I'm concerned about the living area . I don't mind staying off the city too . So please give your valuable inputs . Source: 10 months ago

I looked up on magicbricks, housing.com, etc. For rent. Avg cost of rent (a good one) for 3bhk is around 50k and the deposit is around 1.5-2l range. So if it's advisable to take a rent, what would be the optimal price of of 2bhk and 3bhk rent in koramangala? Also, is it advisable to search for rent on the field or book via these broker websites? I lived in Albuquerque 30+ years ago and it was really nice. Clean, quiet, great public transit, nice people, safe. I've heard it's not so great now. For about 15 years I've been checking realtor.com for a place in Santa Fe if I ever when the lottery. I like the Eldorado community. Source: 5 months ago

PS, I know zillow.com and realtor.com leads exist and have had success with those, but those leads can cost 35% which is insane and I'd rather pivot away from them over time. Source: 6 months ago

I used realtor.com. Realtor.com and trulia.com are updated from the MLS, and Zillow takes a bit longer to update. I have found though that Zillow tends to have better history of the homes. Source: 6 months ago
