I looked up on magicbricks, housing.com, etc. For rent. Avg cost of rent (a good one) for 3bhk is around 50k and the deposit is around 1.5-2l range. So if it's advisable to take a rent, what would be the optimal price of of 2bhk and 3bhk rent in koramangala? Also, is it advisable to search for rent on the field or book via these broker websites?
