Well, I opened this website account because I signed for an acudemy course and never intended to use the web hosting services and/or purchasing domain names but the site has good outline with info and buttons that makes it easy for a user to use their hosting services along with navigating the site and using their services. 5 stars.
Fast response to my issues and queries, all of which were resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. Plans contail a lot o f useful features which help me much run my web sites smoothly and reliably. Uptime is rather high.
I had already spent hours with trying to fix «a critical error on your website» and was quite desperate, when I finally contacted Hostround's support. Within half an hour the site was up and working again – what a relief. For me more than worth the costs. I can absolutely recommend this service, if you have a major WP problem.

It is fine to use a private email in this way. However, you might want to get your own domain just because it looks more professional. I have a domain set up through siteground.com that's my first initial and last name (e.g., bsmith for Bob Smith—obviously anonymized). My email address is [me@bsmith.com](mailto:me@bsmith.com). It's clean, clear, short, and I retain control over the domain and server. Source: over 1 year ago
