Once you have your systems set up and schedule, its not an incredible about of work to manage day to day operations. Getting things like handymen and cleaners are not difficult tasks. Ask around in FB groups, craigslist, other host referrals (the best one). Use turnoverbnb.com to find a roster of cleaners. Manage it like a real business/start up. I do everything myself now, sort of- Airbnb does most of the lifting ( booking, communication, collecting payment) and the housekeepers do the rest. It's a little bit of work to schedule them but I use turnoverbnb.com for that.
