Honestly though, I don't really use many third party apps on the watch. I use HomeRun (along with the developer's other apps HomeCam, HomePass, and HomeScan), and I installed µBrowser for fun, but all the other third party apps on my phone that have watch versions remain uninstalled. How do you like the desk? I'm currently using an autonomous.ai sit to stand desk (i never stand because for whatever reason I can't problem solve as well while standing) and I have a secretlab chair that I think is "just OK" (titan evo 2022), but I've been looking at their desks for a while now. I actually currently work an office job, though I do have the luxury of getting up frequently. That is the first thing I would recommend, is standing and stretching as often as you can. I also bought a chair from Autonomous (autonomous.ai) that has really good lumbar support and adjustability.
