The switches I'm using are from Homematic, they are the IP version (newer) which is using a cloud hosted in Germany. They are not zigbee, but they can work without outside connection (from what I have seen). At the moment I have the hub connected to a HA setup and they work fine together. It seems like power cycling the modem works sometimes but the problem returns and cylcing the power now is not resolving the issue. I have tried deleting cookies for xfinity.com. Here we are three months in. I have yet to receive a sim card through the mail. I just checked and xfinity.com still tells me my phone is incompatible.
