  The method that seems to work most reliability with all devices and all ecosystems is a Zigbee2MQTT software hub running on a computer alongside Home Assistant.   I use this app called Alarmy. It’s the only thing that has me get up. To turn off the alarm, you have to complete a “mission”. The best/most reliable mission I’ve been able to use has been the barcode reader. I set the alarm to be disabled by needing to scan a shampoo bottle.
