I use Hive hive.com , which is also a project management tool. I sync it with my google calendar for work-related things and with my calendar app on iPhone for home/family-related things. Guess I could use just one calendar and use tags, but this system works best for me. For transcripts, I use Descript. Descript is able to identify all four of our panel members, and I usually spend an hour or so cleaning it up and setting the transcript into a video for YouTube. Source: about 1 year ago
