Hiro.fm Reviews

  1. Amazing tool for Leadership development!

I just loaded my first audio into Hiro for our community at Leaderminded.com. Hiro.fm was very simple to set up and our members automatically get an email showing them how to get access to the audio version of our training. Now we can load new audios and they auto-load onto our members devices. Love it!

👍 Pros:    Simple to setup|Easy to use|Private audio coarse|Private podcast
  2. Be Your Own HIRO

I just signed up for Hiro.fm and I am super excited. I know the founder personally and she is the subject matter expert in this field. With the explosion of all things audio, with Clubhouse and now Apple Subscription Podcasts, there is no better time than to jump into the audio craze. Even Himalaya has switched audio courses. Join now and become your own audio HIRO.

  • The Myth of 'Just Press Record' in Podcasting
Recording an episode is not just a conversation but a production. With tools like StreamYard, we can connect with guests, capturing both video and audio. New additions like custom layouts and local recordings, have been game changers for CodingCat.dev. If a code sharing session gets blurry we have a copy from the users local device that we can make fixes! But the process doesn't stop there. The raw files are... - Source: dev.to / 5 months ago
  • Building a (Virtual) Events Site
I originally signed up for Streamyard because the streaming options in Crowdcast v1's built in streaming were very limited. This has since improved enormously, but Streamyard has a number of other features that make it useful to me. The ability to do multi-streams is helpful as we've started streaming to both YouTube and Crowdcast at the same time. The customizable displays and branding are useful too. I'm sure I... - Source: dev.to / 6 months ago
  • Zen Voltron Assemble!
Given the state of the world, this is likely the best idea. I have done many video group meetings to talk about Buddhism and Zen using: skype, Zoom, streamyard and OBS studio, and sending in video clips that are later edited in a presentation video. Source: 11 months ago

We've used Streamyard for a couple of years and really like it. Easy to use, nice features and they keep adding more. There's a free plan with some limits as well as paid plans. If you use this link to signup you'll get a $10 credit. Source: about 1 year ago
