In the spirit of transparency, let’s name and shame Hirevue, who, in near comedic levels of villainy, collected biometric data without asking for permission (lawsuit #1). They then went even further and decided to make this biometric data account for up to 30% of the candidate’s score (lawsuit #2). I’ll include a quote from the second lawsuit:.
