    I'm not sure it'll check all your boxes, but it should check most of them. Hippo CMMS is what we use for maintenance at our centre and it works pretty well. Works on mobile, ties in with Azure which is nice. I haven't dug into their inventory capabilities, but their reps have been helpful with questions and I'm sure could give you more info.     A company called Granicus, they specialize in creating software solutions for governments. If you're interested I would recommend taking a look. They have a killer PTO policy, actually, it's an FTO (Flexible Time Off ) policy as long as you are in good standing and you're getting your work done they let you take as much time off as you want and there is no total overall limit on it.
