Narrated by Canadian author and meditation teacher Jeff Warren, the Daily Trip offers a more...

  • After my pillbox was filled wrong I had a week long overdose. A member recommended this- thank you so much!!! ♡♡♡
Hero - A dose of calm for the whole family (herohealth.com). Source: 12 months ago
  • Almost died. Filled my pillbox wrong w/double the Keppra for a week and zero lamictal.
Https://herohealth.com/ is the device I use. There are a couple of competitors I also looked into, but this one held most meds and had the best app, in my opinion. Source: 12 months ago
  • Help educate me…very concerned about my mom
Keep a close eye on her eating habits and food safety though because if she has dementia that will become an issue. Also if she's on any medication now, she will have trouble dosing it correctly. We used this for a while: https://herohealth.com/ but a normal pill dispenser filled up by you every week could also work. Source: about 1 year ago
  • Some life hacks if you have elderly parents who live alone.
I also suggest the Hero medicine dispenser. It’s a robot(ish) that holds up to 10 medications. You set the dispensing schedule on your phone. It makes a bunch of noise and sends a message to the person’s phone (maybe calls) to remind them to take their medication. You also can see how many pills they have remaining. The best part is that I know when my grandmother hasn’t taken her medicine. It messages me and I... Source: over 1 year ago
  • My mom wants her pills back.
Mom was overdosing dad and he ended up with hyponatremia (low sodium in the blood) that nearly killed him. Based on someone's suggestion here, we got a Hero pill dispenser. All the meds are locked inside—you can control the schedule and adjust meds via an app, even receive alerts if a dose was missed, etc. I still had to write out instructions for mom (press the button) and I still get calls from her saying the... Meditation. try the calm app or calm.com for sleep stories or sleep body scans. Source: about 1 year ago
  • Redeeming Benefit via App Store?
If I purchase the Calm membership through the app store, will the rebate still post? I saw in the details it specified "calm.com." Does anyone know for sure? Source: over 1 year ago
  • [NeedAdvice] 1 Thinking too much is destroying my life. How can I shut down thinking and start living outside of my head?
I found Waking Up to require more effort than calm.com (or headspace). The latter apps tend to focus on simple things: e.g. Focus on your breathing whereas Waking Up is actually much more about challenging your beliefs of what it even means to exist. Source: almost 2 years ago
  • Some Free Dumps for you Guys + Selling Calm.com 1 Year Family Account
Also for now I am selling Calm.com 1 Year Family Account for $7. Source: about 2 years ago
  • Yoga as an exjw
I don't do full yoga but trying out calm.com and just some mind clearing meditation daily is great for unclenching the upper stomach muscles around the diaphragm that you don't realize clench from day-to-day stress. I remember wanting to try it when I was younger because I've always had an issue with holding onto anger and frustration but was told the whole "emptying your mind lets Satan in" business.
