Hemingway ProWritingAidI've tried other proofreading programs and found them to be very limited. ProWritingAid is the only program I know of that has a built-in grammar checker. Also, the free version has a lot of features that paid versions don't have, so I highly recommend it. This program is great for students who want to improve their writing skills. It's especially helpful for those who write in other languages, because the grammar checker can help you spot errors in your translations.

It will only highklights hints for a better redability, like complex words, complex and long phrases, jargons and things like that. I think for this we have plenty of alterantives (better ones). Grammar checking, word echo checking, style checking, passive voice monitoring, etc, etc. ProWritingAid is a really powerful piece of editing software. Honestly, a little too much for some folks, imho. If you do end up picking this one, I'd recommend choosing a few editing features to use- using too many would cut into your author voice,...
