HeartbeatRM is a complete remote access and support platform that allows you to manage computers located in multiple locations easily and securely. Android and iOS apps are also available to support your device management. You install a simple executable on the system you want to manage and it shows up automatically in your web console once that system has internet access. No special firewall rule configuration required. Our agent is supported on Windows and Linux operating systems. You can remotely access the user's desktop, run a console or PowerShell session, access and manage the file system, execute live commands or scripts or even schedule them to run at a specific day or time on one system or up to 100. A proxy feature is also available which allows you to access local network web resources as if you're on the remote device's local network.
