These sound like pretty generic requests (in a good way — no specialty therapy needed to focus on interpersonal relationships), so you probably just have to see if the therapist gels with you. Go for ease of location and peruse some profiles to start. If money is an object, well then, you’re more limited. I had been interested in a galacatagogic beer with a lot of herbs, but generically the effect of having a small amount of beer in your blood system can change the flavor of the milk and reduce the amount a newborn might feed. The Nomad list has a FIRE calculator that used to be free and would list a bunch of cities all over the world and when/how much you would need to FIRE there based on your numbers. You need to sign up and pay a one time $90 fee now to access everything (I think like the top 10 places you could FIRE at this very moment/soonest) for free still though.
