In terms of what you want to include just your name may be a short listing of your experience and a picture of you. Free Music Archive has royalty free Creative Commons music. Tons of it, though you have to check the licenses carefully. A lot of them are for non-commercial projects only, so if you ever plan to sell an ad or otherwise make money on your show, don't use those.
