    Https://haveibeenzuckered.com/ is good, but only works with phone numbers. It will tell you if a number has been associated in the breach. If someone tagged the phone number on their profile (business pages will have these), you can do an operator search in Google to potentially find the account. However I wasn't impressed that Heluna doesn't allow for delivering email on a non standard port to my mail server and they don't specify the source IPs they use to deliver mail to me so I can lock down my perimeter firewall to just those IPs.
