Haml VS Unimus

First of all, I like Slim. I like the beauty and cleanness of Slim templates, to me they are way more readable than regular ERB templates and I think they fit in the ruby/Rails ecosystem very well. Personally, I'd recommend Maud if you don't need something with runtime reloading. Not only is it much faster, it implements a template language that is effectively the Rust-syntax equivalent to Slim or Haml using a procedural macro, so you get compile-time verification that your HTML output is well-formed. I recently found out about unimus. It really works well to push configs and gather configs - you can see the changes for each config pull even across different devices. Unimus would handle this nicely for you. It will build a versioned configuration history for your devices, and you can then see changepoints - when something changed, and what changed (including nice graphical diffs). Source: about 1 year ago

It will generate a configuration timeline for your devices, you can generate diffs, and it will send config change notifications (including full graphical diffs in the change notification emails / Slack notifications).
