HaloPSA has been a great experience for us. We have been using it for just under a year and had tried several systems before we found HaloPSA. HaloPSA was the only one that ticked all the right boxes with its modern, clean and fast interface, huge array of integrations, fantastic support and very competitive price.
Datadog might be a bit more popular than HaloPSA. We know about 5 links to it since March 2021 and only 4 links to HaloPSA. We're commonly doing this with logging, using services such as Loggly or DataDog. We're using managed databases, be it on AWS, Heroku or database-vendor-specific solutions.
