I've had good results for the past ~6 months using Habit List [0]. What's worked for me is to slowly add 1-2 new items, being thoughtful about prioritizing them. I'm already using Google Keep but there's a physical agenda on the side, then a physical diary, then reflection.app, my work calendar on the work phone that I can't sync on my home computer... Very hard to set and use only one of them, but you are right, simplyfying this should help to declutter everything by a lot! Source: about 2 years ago
