Have you tried using Diplay Driver Uninstaller to perform a clean wipe of all display drivers that have been installed and then reinstall the most current driver for your card? I am currently upgrading my old (2017) pc. Since I do not have any hard requirement for it (I just use it for gaming once in a while...)
