  I'd say I am not anti social, and I do get along well with people. No problem working in a team or by myself. I definitely get what you're saying though about looking like another It guy, but I just don't know what to edit. I wonder if my resume even makes it to a real person and isn't just being thrown out.   Maybe you could create an org chart for your team so that you can see their names and pictures and visualize where each of them sits in your company's hierarchy? I've tried creating org charts on Organimi and I find it really useful and easy to use.
