Analysis of Peerstreet

Overall verdict

  • Peerstreet can be a good option for those looking to diversify their investments into real estate without the complexities of property ownership. However, like any investment, it carries risks, including potential loss of capital, lack of liquidity, and market fluctuations in the real estate sector.

Why this product is good

It is suitable for those interested in passive real estate income and comfortable with the relatively illiquid nature of real estate loans as an asset class.
