I believe Eleuther was much more selective what training data to use which is why they didn't need so many parameters. But is sounds like they're a pretty dedicated crew that will be working to make more open-source alternatives for ChatGPT for years to come. Do fuzzy matching (something like fuzzywuzzy maybe) to see if the the words line up (allowing for wrong words). You'll need to work out how to use scoring to work out how well aligned the two lists are. Source: over 1 year ago
