It works online only. The 1st step is to get free API ID on graphhopper.com. You can get it when you register and login. Then in osmand you have to choose navigation type (in nav settings) online tab then graphhopper - car Then settings of graphhopper (icon on the right) Enter your API ID, choose vehicle type and that's all.
