I used https://goshare.co/ , which is sort of like Uber for delivery. It connects you to a guy with a truck. We both put the treadmill in the truck back, then he drove to my place. Cost for delivery was 43 minutes * $0.99/min = $42.57 . The used Nordictrack 1750 treadmill cost $200 (retails near $2000 new). Maybe we can just add a Wiki that lists the job boards showing whether visa sponsorship is available or not to the applicants. That would be very useful for people outside the EU and it will cut down on these questions and document the current companies better. I use relocate.me for example.
