I used https://goshare.co/ , which is sort of like Uber for delivery. It connects you to a guy with a truck. We both put the treadmill in the truck back, then he drove to my place. Cost for delivery was 43 minutes * $0.99/min = $42.57 . The used Nordictrack 1750 treadmill cost $200 (retails near $2000 new). I understand that year-round weather might be important factor for you. But I would still say that the fundament of nomad lifestyle (both historical and current) is following important patterns (of weather, animals, prices, interests...), so whether somewhere one of this factor is stable (year-round) is not so important when you are nomad, as you can harmonise your changing places with the change of these...
