AFAIK, API Gateway is just managed Cloud Endpoints, which are just ESPv2 containers. Cloud Endpoints are still a thing but I would agree that they are a bit dead, as they don't support OpenAPI v3, which was released in 2016. Docusign has a .com address, def not a .click address. This is 100% fishing. A very easy way to tell is to hover over any url and see what the address is. You can also try to do a reply, or if your savvy enough look into the routing info of the email. Did it com from the companies domain? I.e. docusign.com, fedex.com, ups.com anything like that.
