I, too, setup alerts for topics I'm interested in years ago, but figured I'd have a look at their alerts page nowadays. For starters, the google.com/alerts page is blank basically, so sending someone there could be confusing. The only thing you can do is ignore them, anything else is kicking the can down the road as you cannot meet their demands forever. You should run a virus scan on every device you use and implement unique passwords for each account + two factor authentication everywhere. However, I've seen a GoPro (and other camera devices) can stream to Instagram live through a combination of backdoor methods, but almost all I have seen involve a decoder like OBS and YellowDuck (routes the RMTP through your account), Which, unfortunately neither seem to have an android version or counterpart that I can find.
