I, too, setup alerts for topics I'm interested in years ago, but figured I'd have a look at their alerts page nowadays. For starters, the google.com/alerts page is blank basically, so sending someone there could be confusing. The only thing you can do is ignore them, anything else is kicking the can down the road as you cannot meet their demands forever. You should run a virus scan on every device you use and implement unique passwords for each account + two factor authentication everywhere. I'm running a small IT company in my local area (right now I'm focusing on getting the TV Mounting and entertainment installation services going), and I've got a booking software setup that I like, but it doesn't offer custom add-on options for each service or the options to select multiple services in the same form.
