  I have a domain purchased: example.com that points to my public IP, as well as a subdomain that points to plex.example.com, and I go through DuckDNS to maintain a static public IP. I have tried changing my example.com back and forth between http/s inside of godaddy.com and it doesn't seem to be making a difference.   I'm in no position to give advice but I felt that having a good CV and people skills definitely helped me. I used resume.io for my CV and cover letter, and can definitely recommend it. I have previously worked as a manager in a different industry and used to receive 1-2 CV's a day, a good looking CV really stands out amongst the pile of terrible ones.
