In my example you can see some code written in Go and I have highlighted the function I am interested in. On the left side I have my Copilot Chat interface opened and all I have to do is type /explain and Copilot will explain what the function does. You can learn the Swift language, but not iOS development. So after you're done with basics from swift.org, you need to switch to macOS. Source: 11 months ago

Note that the screenshot you shared is from an old (and AFAICT abandoned) port of Swift based upon MinGW. You should look to https://swift.org for the official releases for Windows which are more current. Source: over 1 year ago
