It's definitely not a realistic replacement for modded Minecraft in general, since that's really hundereds of games and Mineclone only aims to replace Minecraft itself. For modded, I'm not sure what the answer is. Even most third party clients/servers that are compatible with vanilla Minecraft don't support Forge mods. Freemcserver.net is really good, it stays online for 24 hours which is much better than 5 minutes on aternos. Litterally just once every day to renew. COMPLETELY FREE! You can also use plugins and still have a lot of RAM. Btw I am not advertising. Source: over 1 year ago

I've used aternos for a long time and it gives 2.5gb ram but it doesnt allow carpet mod, so I switched to freemcserver.net a few months ago but the thing is it only give 1gb ram for free and server mostly runs on 10-15 tp.
