Here's the Gingko app I test sometimes. It lets you enter information horizontally and vertically into connected cards as if you were creating a horizontal outline that can have child cards. It's keyboard driven so that can speed up input. Source: about 1 year ago

It's peculiar considering it works fine for most games (R6S, GTAV, LoL, Valorant) but it's these odd situations that makes just light browsing a huge pain.
