Ok, ask your parents to look into ginger.com and see if your insurance covers them. I have been able to see a therapist about once per week because my insurance covers them. They offer therapists and psychiatrists, probably more. Source: over 1 year ago
Sorry to hear this and good on you for posting and reaching out.. There has been some great advice already about counselling and journalling.
