   Good UX, but lacking multi-currency support

   Great and easy to use tool. It’s easy to invite others and the only thing needed to access an “event“ (thing for which costs are shared) is a link. No registration required.

   The only thing I miss is proper multi-currency support. The paid “Super Kitty” includes multi-currency support of some sort, but it does the conversion for each transaction at an automatically looked up rate. This is not sensible if you pay in cash (then the rate is whatever you’ve got when exchanging the money). Even if you pay by card the rate may vary (eg. additionial fees, …). I ended up converting the amounts manually with the average exchange rate we’ve got.

  Last year I took my doggie to a Getaway cabin for some glamping; I went to the Barber Creek location which is about a 2 hr drive. We could hear some fireworks far in the distance, but the Getaway cabins themselves have very strict quiet hours and my dog was happy and relaxed. Source: 11 months ago

  Try Getaway. They have one location near Charlottesville and are opening another near Shenandoah. I’ve stayed there a few times. Close to Charlottesville shops, wineries and also hiking. • A little quarter butt for pork tacos tonight and some wangs and dogs tomorrow. Plenty of beer, a view and some solitude for a few days. There's nothing better!

  It's a "Getaway" campground. Sites include these minimalist, almost off the grid (there is a phone for emergencies) trailers with a huge window looking out on the scenery. They have a bunch of campgrounds across the country, would highly recommend if you're wanting a disconnected camping experience but don't necessarily have the gear. https://getaway.house/.
