Genuity is what I use. It's simple and licensing is cheap and the devs listen to their customers suggestions. Genuity can also do asset inventory as well as other things like network monitoring and telecom/vendor expenses and there's an agent that can be installed on your PCs. I'm coming from the perspective of a smaller-medium sized business, so something really comprehensive/expensive like Zylo or Bettercloud might be overkill or simply not affordable unless you are enterprise-sized.
