For my last job I did one from general assembly they’re local for me so that’s why I went them over others. It wasn’t CSM related but did help me get a way better understanding of excel. Although I don’t use excel at all now as a csm 😆 They have a lot of courses that our tech focused though! Source: about 2 years ago
What ultimately helped was attending several all-day and multi-day bootcamps that were a few hundred each from General Assembly and over time taking on a few small projects that demonstrated capability in data analysis for business. My subject matter was mostly marketing because that's what I was familiar with but the job I'm in now has no relation to that whatsoever. Source: about 2 years ago
I went to a place called General Assembly (https://generalassemb.ly/), I did the Web Development Immersive course which was 12 weeks, M-F 9am-5pm. A lot of University's have similar courses at their extension schools, I know for example UCLA and Rutgers have them. Source: about 2 years ago

In terms of structure, consider following a book like Python for Everybody or Automate the Boring Stuff With Python. One of the hard parts of learning a language like python on your own is knowing what you should learn and the order you should learn it in--resources like these books or online courses you can find on Coursera are great for helping with that.
