We run standups every day, however only 2x of them are a Teams call. The other 3 are run using a tool called Geekbot (Yes scrum masters do hate this) which is basically just a chatbot that sends you the standard standup questions and you can answer whenever you feel like it. Miraheze seems to be offering a platform to create private wikis and it runs the same software as Wikipedia. You do need to fill out a form and request a wiki but after that you and people you specify should be able to see and edit that wiki (with the exception of the main page which can be seen by everyone).
