I'd start with learning HTML and CSS first, then Javascript after those. There are a lot of free online resources for learning those. For websites, I use jekyll which is a great way to start off because there are a lot of community website templates that you can customize, which is great for beginners and learning. Https://stonksfolio.com I started it to track my all my investment accounts in one place and a couple of years ago decided to open it up to the public. Active users are in the hundreds but not growing rapidly. Tried to monetize it with Patreon but only 2 people actually subscribed.
