I'd start with learning HTML and CSS first, then Javascript after those. There are a lot of free online resources for learning those. For websites, I use jekyll which is a great way to start off because there are a lot of community website templates that you can customize, which is great for beginners and learning. I saw www.calltrackingmetrics.com ; ringcentral.com ; twilio.com ; Zadarma. At this moment it seems that calltrackingmetrics seems to be the first solution I would try because they put in front of their ads the fact to track with google ads. Twilio seems to be too much complex to use and they don't have an iPhone app ; ringcentral I don't know and Zadarma seems good. Source: almost 3 years ago
