And you can have very specialized communities for example for a specific computer game series, or if you're into Subaru Imprezas there's a whole forum for that as well called NASIOC, and many other non-tech topics too. Try, running as administrator, installing another game patch/crack from https://gf.wiretarget.com/ or https://megagames.com/ if nothing works try downloading all redists, frameworks, libraries or whatever that are required for your game.
